That's what I hate about a guy feeling that he must be the one to take the last shot, even if it's a complete force. Lyles was open with a clean look after the inbound

It was not a very good call out of the timeout, too easily defended. It did not help that DeRozan slipped before the ball was inbounded.

Very weird. We've seen Sabonis have some huge offensive rebounds in that situation but oh well - probably best to stay away from the Clips in any play-in situation, so if this screws the warriors or wolves somehow then i'm ok. This is the kinda game you miss having a Malik Monk in

I agree, DeMar forced it. It did not look like foul on the shot to me.

At least they fought to the last second. That's what you want to see. These two teams have made a habit of playing cliffhangers.

DDR played 40' had 6/20 field goals that in the only playbook they were good is if playbook is a bookmaker and you have money on the Clippers.
I am not Deebo hater, he rarely had 2 bad matches in a row but this time he did. Was bad in defense too and ruined several offensive plays when ball hogging for much time passing the ball in the last seconds of the shotclock.

I wouldnt call the foul in that last shot either.

The Clippers have been pounding everyone lately. We played fairly well. Deebo didn’t have it and Lavine’s shot wasn’t falling most of the game. I don’t feel bad about this one like other losses we have had but it sure would have been nice to come out with this one given that bull spit Kawhi shot last game derailed our season.

Considering we had Keon trying to screen for Deebo to open the set for some reason, it should’ve been him. All that the Keon screen wound up doing was switching Kawhi off of Deebo and putting Kris Dunn on him instead.

yeh she should have just squared up and shot it instead of worming his way into Zoo. I would have been much happier with that even if it was a miss

I think you have been pretty harsh on Keon lately. He did ok in the past few games as well. I get it that expectations are high but still.

Btw in that last timeout Domas looked to be uninterested and I think Jonas pulled him back in the huddle before the teams returned on the court.

he’s not great but I think he has been better lately with more chemistry. 11 dimes the other night and 5 to 1 assist to TO tonight. We only had 11 turnovers as a team. Less than the Clippers
