You left out the parts where a player we just re-signed to a massive contract suffers a catastrophic injury in the series and the owner(s) lose all their money in a Ponzi scheme. Also both things which have actually happened to this franchise.

All still better than losing the team completely though. So there's that. And Golden 1 Center is still a nice place to watch a basketball game.
