Carter absolutely has NBA-caliber skill level at getting to the basket. Which, between that and his defense, makes me wonder why some people think he's going to be out of the league in a few years?

Theres "potential" elite level skills there. The flashes are amazing. Hes very unrefined and the shot is bad right now.

Depending on what we get in the draft, he should be a priority for us next season to see what he is. Assuming we don't land a lead guard with a top whatever pick, the spot should go to him.
