6th is back in town!!!

Thank you, all. You all are really wonderful friends and family members.

Yes, I arrived safely. Made it all the way with beautiful weather (no rain the entire trip). I have a bad cold, but that was no more than an irritant. We had a flat tire on the trailer, but it was in front of the hotel room and Penske had someone there (and the tire replaced) in about 30 minutes. Talk about wonderful service.

Today, I can hardly move. Don't know what I did to my middle back, but it grabs me when I move. Blech!! I am really relying on my "helpers" to unload my truck, now more than ever. Well, at least I have been blessed with good friends. For that I am truly thankful.

Glad you're finally here..sorry about your back and your cold. I just went through that last week.(Coldsores suck!) Take it easy today and I'll see you tomorrow.:D

Glad you're back! I'm changing the title of the thread to reflect the good news for one and all to share...

BTW? You might want to update the LOCATION part of your profile.

:D

I was thinking the same thing this morning.

There is a saying that you can really tell who your friends are when you are painting or moving. Well, I have some very very dear friends and some of them even made themselves available to help me unload my truck last Friday night.

A special THANK YOU goes out to my friends Prophetess (and her fiance), SIR HENRY 8 and MRS SIR HENRY 8 and their son, and to hoopsfan. This was the 2nd time that my friends, Prophetess and Eric, have answered a plea for help. SIR HENRY 8 and family live way up by Cameron Park, yet they drove all the way down to Sac to help. And, my dear Laker fan friend took 1/2 day off work to help. I am truly blessed to have such wonderful people in my life.

THANKS AGAIN, MY FRIENDS!!

p.s. the painting is next weekend. ;)
