Now Domas is playing up, how is it hard to see the results? LOL. Brown is even trying to hide Domas on Thompson but they just set guard to guard screens. This is how Domas needs to guard pick and roll.
For whatever reason, the Kings coaches think that it's either a benefit to have Domas drop on pick and roll, or that he needs it. In the last game at the end on switches, and this one at the start and towards the end of the 1st half with him coming up (not even hedging necessarily), Domas proved he can cover that ground and at least maintain some degree of defensive pressure. If the Rockets start getting behind it and throwing lobs or something, then adjust. Not before, haha. Besides, that corner help is supposed to be taking away that space and you rotate from there. I get that the Kings always get lost on their rotations but the problems are all predicated by that drop coverage. Dropping AND helping over on the corners makes about the same sense as switching into drop.
