I think refs knew they screwed up somehow but can't review the foul so they gave the Kings a free throw and deleted the shot?

So they reviewed that and decided that it's still a common foul on Fox? What the hell is going on here?
I don't think that it was a challenge call they were reviewing to see if it was before or after the shot attempt.

It would help if moving screens weren't basically legal in the NBA now for how often they call them (except for Domas, naturally).
