Chip Kelly is better suited to coach at the college level, and not at the professional one. This is in no way, shape, or form a knock on the guy, but some are just made to succeed at one level, and not the either. Chip just happens to be one of those.

Definitely a step in the right direction, but man...I am not sure how successful any offensive coordinator is gonna be coming in to coach that offense, especially given the obvious lack of a competent offensive line.
