Whitmore is a total Raptors player. That said, I think their roster would actually implode like a shoddily built submarine if they added another wing.

Are there any major surprises so far in these teen picks?
I've been so focused around the Kings pick but not really so knowledgeable about the picks in these range slots.
Jett Howard I think was slotted to the Kings on a mock draft yesterday at 24 any other big surprises so far other than Coulibaly at 8?

Yeah, but I feel like there's lots of time to trade Dame. It'll still probably happen. Most likely there just wasn't a draft-day move to be made there.
Dick at the 3 with our offense would be unreal good. Imagine teams defending the off-ball movement of Huerter-Dick-Keegan all game long and then oh yeah you have to somehow stay in front of Fox too.
