2021 NFL Draft Open Thread

Hufanga is a great pick up in the 5th round. I was hoping we'd get a safety in this draft somehow, didn't expect to get a guy that late who has both ball skills and pass rushing potential. If he can stay healthy he might be our eventual replacement for Tartt. He led the Pac-12 in both interceptions and solo tackles in the shortened 2020 season in addition to his 3 sacks in just 6 games.
 
Of all the Day 3 picks, I’m a bit pumped about the USC kid. Another 5th round steal in the mold of Kittle and Greenlaw?

Stacking all the injuries on one player. Good strategy.

At least he didn't waste a draft pick. As I recall, less than half of Baalke's draft picks succeeded during his stretch with the 49ers.
