Like the 6-game trip in January is any better??

Um, yeah .. it's one game better, so-to-speak. 6-games is generally the longest road trip you see. 7 is atypical.

I don't want to hear any sorry excuses out of Kings mouths (or fans) about this 7-game road trip or another 6-gamer away. Every stinking year for eons San Antonio Spurs have had to deal with "Rodeo Road Trip" of up to 12 consecutive games on the road in a grueling stretch. More often it's "short stint" of like 6 away games in 10 days. Bottom line is - Spurs players, coaches, management, NEVER complain about their every NBA season, just part of the deal, RRT.

First, what makes you believe I or anyone else cares about what you don't want to hear about? Secondly, I made a simple statement. I'm not certain how that statement can be misconstrued an excuse. Furthermore, I could care less how the Kings 7-game roadie compares to the Spurs otherwise I would have made mention of it. The fact remains, road trips over 6-games are atypical and not the norm. That was the point of the original comment.

Hope we get a nice start due to the influx of home games to begin our season. Would be nice to set a positive attitude early on in the year.

Very favorable schedule at the beginning of the season. Good for building confidence. Kings better hit the gate running hard and get to the .500 mark the first month with all those home games; otherwise, it's going to be very tough making it up against road teams for the rest of the season.

Playing the Clipps 3x in the first month isn't a favor though. They will be better because of their coaching.

Pretty stoked because I'll be going to Indiana for exchange in Jan 2014, and as luck would have it the one Kings@Pacers game of the season is on 14 Jan when I'll be there!! Might just be my first chance to watch the team live and likely my only chance for a good number of years after. How much would a ticket go for?

Great to see a lot of home games in November. I was planning to come to Sacramento to see some games, and I'll be there from the 14th to the 23rd of November. I will be able to see the Pistons, Grizzlies and Suns. Not the best teams, but it's always great to be able to see some NBA games for me.

I will also be able to see 3 more games in SF, and the Thunder will be in town. Not bad!

All they lost was Andre Iguodala. They may not destroy us as badly, but I think they may still give us a royal (scuse' the pun) whalloping.

New players, new staff. I wouldn't be surprised
