Hmmm... i dunno. I think a possible homerun could be Brandon Jennings, but I don't think we like him that much.
That is, unless we get Evans at #4, trade up to the #15 and snag Jennings. That would be beyond a homerun imo. That, my friends, would spark "Petrie is a genius" comments for a long, long time. Unless, of course, they bust horribly

Petrie never swings for the fences. He goes for a pretty safe pick, a player that has transderable skills to the NBA.

Exactly. Plus, it just seems like everything in the past 2 years has been a huge letdown for us die hard Kings fans with all the trades, coaching hires, drafts, etc.
How about an inside the park homerun. Maybe a triple and the team that picks ahead of the Kings makes an error. If It's not a homerun, the Mighty Petrie has stuck out.
Care to define this poll a bit? Your choices are ambiguous with no guidance on which picks would be classified as "home run" or not. What would Rubio or Evans be considered? Are you looking at just the #4 or all the picks? Are you looking at whether he trades picks or not?
Please put a little thought into this if you are looking for any reasonable responses.

Actually I think one of the safer bets might actually be the guy with the highest ceiling. I'm no expert but from what little I know I'd guess that Evans has the most star potential after Griffin and in my opinion he comes with less risk than Rubio or Curry. So I'm going to say there doesn't have to be a trade off between risk and reward. I'm far from an expert though so who really knows. I'm starting to sensory overload with all the possibilities, mock drafts, highlight videos and prospect analysis I've read so its a darn good thing that the draft is today.
OK, but a casual poll meaning what? What results are you looking for? What were you trying to see or prove? I don't even get what you are asking as far as how to judge the answers........
