From what I can see, they remove a seemingly bad locker room influence in Miller, remove a guy who has allegedly complained that he can't get his looks. In turn, they've taken on two expiring salaries and Nocioni who can shoot the three witha level of consistency and play the 3 & 4 spots...

Did Donte see minutes in the 4th at all? Move Mikki and Brad, I'm not even able to see the games unless I download a torrent - but they are redundant given the franchise direction.

Take Durrant and build the franchise around him, Kmart, Cisco and Quincy. Keep core players around them with leadership skills and hope like hell that they are up and down the court quicker than most teams.
