Finally saw 'Brokeback Mountain' over the weekend. It was good, but it wasn't great. I remember all the uproar over it not winning Best Picture Oscar. It certainly didn't deserve to.

My brother has been stationed in Japan for nearly eight years now. He has told me many stories about the wacky TV shows they have. And I experienced some of them myself in my visit there. They're in love with humor, especially physical pranks.

I already answered this, so I won't again. Just wanted to revive this thread. Do you have any unusual phobias, and if so, what are they?

Agree with you. Dunking and other stuff like that is just show-off moves, not basketball. I'm just an old-school basketball purist who is impressed with solidly-executed fundamentals, not flashy stuff.

Saw 'The Devil Wears Prada' a couple days ago. I had just finished the book. If I had never read the book, I would of enjoyed the movie much more. The movie was not as faithful to the book as I had hoped. They didn't incorporate some book storylines into the movie which would of made it better...

The only possible way to sing that one to Gilligan's is to reallllly stretch out the melody and words to fit the timing of the song. One can do that with any song. So therefore, this one can't truly be sung to Gilligan's.
