    Trade Bagley?

You have to look at diff instead of the DFG%. It makes Bagley look a smidge better. Then if you look at the split month by month, he is horrible in December, bad in January and actually good in February. The trend is up. He is even the best defender of the Kings in February.

Trade target or ‘21 FA target thread

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=yanmeyjr Adjust the trade a bit so we would only have to cut 2 guys. I would cut Justin James and Jabari Parker, not in rotation or future plan. The real targets are cap space and Nassir Little.

Trade target or ‘21 FA target thread

http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y9cwjypz Barnes to Portland for Derrick Jones Jr, Zach Collins, Nassir Little and our former favorite. It’s a trade that benefits both sides.

    Lol that sounds like Bagley

    De’Aaron Martez Fox

I am not sure if anyone checks the RPM on ESPN. Here it is for PG, link Fox ranks 7th in Offensive RPM with 4.34 ORPM. That is a big leap from last year, when he ranked 17 with 2.04 ORPM. A few interesting tidbits: Lonzo Ball has slightly higher ORPM than Fox does Both Trae Young and...

Trade target or ‘21 FA target thread

I'd say no. Oubre's contract is expiring anyway. I think Buddy's trade return can be higher. Talk about defensive wings, Otto Porter is a going to be a FA I am going to watch closely at Stanley Johnson, another FA wing, this afternoon. Dude is built like Ron Artest, defends like Artest too.

Trade target or ‘21 FA target thread

I think he has a bad reputation of being a headcase. To those teams that have tried to dump him, he is a gamble. Forcing live TOV is the best way to maximize transition offense. We already have the best PG for transition offense, we should build a defense complimentary to that. I think...

Trade target or ‘21 FA target thread

Kelly Oubre Jr is available. I think this team is missing a long disruptive wing that can generates steals and deflections. Last year we had Ariza then Bazemore, but this year we have no one. It is a big reason why this team is so bad at forcing TOV. I don't think we have enough to trade...

    Trade Bagley?

Not sure if it means anything, but Bagley has taken 4 charges this year, most on the team.

    Bagley.

Joerger used him as a focal point of a half court offense, low to mid post, which was similar to his college usage. Walton used him as a roll man. It really makes him look like a rookie, new coach and brand new system. It is going to take some times for him to adjust.

The ONE AND ONLY Luka Doncic discussion thread

He is actually one of the best defenders this year.

what was the last movie you watched?

The Art of Self Defense Very enjoyable dark comedy. Jesse Eisenberg is quirky and funny, like a male version of Anna Kendrick. Speaking of Anne Kendrick, her recent movie, A Simple Favor, is also very enjoyable.

    Otto Porter

I can see the case that you are making. I'm not opposed to it. It just that it does not really solve any issue the Kings are facing. The NBA is trending backward, going big instead of going small. The 2 best teams in the league are 2nd and 9th in FGAs in the restricted area while being 1st...

    Otto Porter

Well, my trade idea is just as superfluous as yours. Why would you want to waste +$20 mil on a probably-bench role player who is similar to Barnes? If you think Holmes is great defensively then you have to upgrade from Buddy. Because this team is not good defensively, 19th in the league...

    Otto Porter

Holmes fouls a bit too much. Even though the foul rate is lower this year, it is still very high compared to Adams. This team is 19th in def rating. They are in the bottom 10 in term of giving up opponent FTAs, and especially worst in the league in giving up FTAs to opponent centers. Adams...

    Otto Porter

Adams is better than Holmes, not sure how much but should be quite a gap. Besides, Holmes is having a career year. I say sell high before he regresses. His mid range shot’s efficiency is actually starting to regress.

    Otto Porter

An upgrade at either center or shooting guard. It is pretty difficult to upgrade from Buddy so center is more likely. Bogi and Holmes for Steven Adams.

    Willie Cauley-Stein Watch 2019-20

Actually he has changed, not much but noticeable. His mid-range shot has completely abandoned him. He has become tentative on offense. Probably because Warrior guards are very bad at pick and roll ball handling. On the defensive end, he is much more engaged than he ever was. Contesting...

    Defensive Rebounding

I think it is the other way around. Those guys never boxed out so WCS stopped going for blocks.

    2018 Kings after 1 Game

Giles has proven zip. He is much more flash than substance. Until he can keep his turnover down, he is not a playmaker. Fox can't shoot off the dribble. Bogi can't handle high usage. They each have their flaws but they are still the 2 best playmakers. Bogi needs a good roll man, like WCS...
