are any of those really much better than Aldrich?
As a freshman Mitchell(6'9", 240pounds) was a top-5 defender in college, picked 29% of defensive rebounds(top-10 result over last 4 years), finished .830 at the rim and shot .439 from three (granted, on under 2 attempts per game). Last summer the coach, who recruited him, left and he sulked this past season, drifting outside on offense and not putting effort on defense.

Not yet he's not. He's our SG until the change is made in pre-season (if there is a change).
I still don't get your need to define positions. He is one of our 2 guards in the backcourt. It's a nuance that we can agree to disagree, but do you really need to keep writing it over and over and over again...

I'd like to see us get a pick somewhere here at the end of the first and take Tony Mitchell. He's another big question mark, but the defensive potential is substantial.

Mitchell is a very intriguing option. It appears that Pete saw him in a workout for for Denver when he was still there.

Kings line up. Knowing what Vivek and Malone learned from the Warriors emergence.

PG - Fredette -------------Curry
SG - McLemore ------------Klay Thompson
SF - T.EVans --------------H. Barnes
PF - Patterson/Thompson---D.Lee
C - Cousins-----------------Bogut

LMAO, IT as our PG. he was a midget SG. i'll be glad when we move the pizza guy, mt and jimmer. we can be a bigger bully team if we get the right pieces on board.

McLemore is a highly regarded talent. The Kings were lucky to get him at the 7. It is unclear as to how the team will proceed. Maybe it is best to think of the Kings current crop of guards as just that. Not 1 and 2s, pg and sgs. Just guards. I hope for a shot blocker at the next pick.

The definition of a PG starts and ends with John Stockton..

OK.. I know, I know..... It's not the same anymore. ;)
That may be true, but there's maybe a half dozen of those types of guys in the league. Not every team gets to have one. I loved John Stockton too, but he never won a championship did he? Not saying that's a knock on him, but a whole lot of inferior PGs do have championships. There are other ways to win.

why u gonna put reke back in a position where he isn't advantageous? fail
Was comparing it to what the warriors did. I would hope we wouldn't trot that lineup out there.

I am wondering if Denver would like to give up Hamilton for our 2nd round pick and Jimmer? I doubt it, but I would love to see Hamilton a King.
