You're a kind soul. I used to be. In the past few years, however, I have lost any kind of respect I once had for the Maloofs. They have lied and they have let the team I love become a laughing stock. You're applauding their business strategies; I'm denouncing them for their failures as human beings.

Please........... I.'m not applauding them at all. Just my belief that there is more to this story than we read on here. I dislike them for their willingness to resort to these tactics for the ten million or more that each family member gets for this subtrafuge.

Been in business for 38 years and run it with some measure of success. Over that time relationships have been developed and trust has been established. In my mind that is the only way to do business. Their failings as businessmen has and will again catch up with them. Mark my words. What goes around comes around and as you so aptly put it, their failings at business will only be overshadowed by their failings at being noble human beings.

Anyone who attributes any of the Maloofs' actions to shrewdness is giving those idiots far too much credit.

I believe this is the end game. I cannot believe that the league wants to perpetuate the terrible business practices (or lack of), horrible treatment of Kings fans and Sacramento one moment longer than making a decision as soon as possible. The Maloofs have really smeared the league with their own stink long enough.
