Note to Kings players - there has been a change in the schedule. Tonight you will be playing in Salt Lake City, but the opponent taking the floor will be the Los Angeles Lakers instead of the Utah Jazz. Don't be fooled by the uniforms and the Al Jefferson/Gordon Hayward masks. That's Howard and Kobe. And they're taunting you.

(There. That ought to help.)

Wouldn't it be funny if when UTAH comes to SAC the fans start chants of BEAT LA? Just do it in every one of our home games lol

Psst, as clever as that could be, I'm not encouraged by what happened the last time we played the Lakers on the road...

Harpring just said Cuz doesn't score the ball from 15 feet on out. Prefers it within 5 ft.

Reality is actually the opposite of that.

How did Jimmer jump IT in the rotation? IT played so well in the 4th on Wed Brooks couldn't get back in.

Is Smart pandering to the crowd?

I like Jimmer better than IT long term. Have to say I never expected it to happen though as I felt IT was Smart's darling.
Well, as small as Fredette is, he's still 4-5 inches taller than IT. Yes, I know IT plays big for his size but he gets abused all the time by bigger guards. Lately, I like how Jimmer is playing the angles and staying in front of his man better.

Edit: Jimmer just swiped at ball deflecting as Hayward was slashing to hoop and Kings got the stop and then out in transition but unfortunatley TRob missed an opportunity.

Jazz playing, basically, mistake-free basketball. And, even when they make a mistake, we're not taking advantage. Can't just count on them missing easy shots all night, especially if they're going to continue to get the benefit of all the cheap calls.

I agree with Harpring. Said it's hard to prepare mentally when you don't know if you're going to play a little or a lot.

Basically, our season in a nutshell.
