I think he just doesn't understand how to get guys minutes. The very end of that game is the perfect time to let Jimmer play. Clear the bench, the game is over. That's when you get your guys minutes. Not when the game is still in contention. It's nice to see that he didn't try to stuff Outlaw and Garcia in there though.
