Anyone see Phoenix vs Flop City last night? Another Flop by Blake which garnered a flagrant 2. He took a hard foul with an arm to the neck and went down clutching his face...

Grantland article/interview with Greg Oden. Interesting stuff in there. Always felt like he was a good guy who felt horrible about collecting a check to do nothing and the article seems to re-enforce that notion. Sounds like every time he got to the Blazers locker room he blew his knee again so hopefully by taking off next season and finding another team he can contribute for a few years.

jesus christ... that's gotta be one of the most heartbreaking pieces i've ever read of any recent athlete. poor guy's just had the most **** luck at so many junctures of his life...
