Well I think that's generally how we should manage his minutes, especially on a back-to-back, so I don't blame Smart for making that sub. I do think however, you have to leave some of your starters in to close out the quarter. Like maybe gone with Jimmer/Evans/Twill/Hayes/Whiteside after resting Evans for awhile.
Yes. Not in foul trouble, playing well, and probably wondering why pull me so early after playing guys 20 straight mins last night? No consistency in any of this.
I give TWill credit for not abandoning teamplay, but the team is not going along with that plan. Still, it's better to stick with it for the long term benefits.

I don't like the lineup. We'd be doing fairly ok if Jimmer was hitting ANYTHING, but seeing as he's not our offense is basically Williams. Doesn't have many options other than Jimmer to give the ball to.
You know our defense on the shooters has been solid, but we keep turning the ball over and can't get any steals. If we keep the defense up, and clean up the turnovers, we are right in this game.
Well, we are jsut not a good shotign team without Thornton (or with him). What we are is one of the 3 or 4 best to the basket teams int he lewague with Reke and Cousins two of the top guys in the league.
