[Game] Kings vs Jazz 3/22/12

Poor JT. Playing the best basketball of his career. Hasn't seen the court since the 1st qtr.
Should have been back at the 6 min mark, at the latest. But that's with a normal coach with normal sub patterns. Really, JT/IT deserve to be back in above the other starters and should have been for a few mins now.

IT needs a screen, MT cannot penetrate to the rim off the dribble. He can slash every so often. I have yet to see either face guys up off the dribble and beat them, without a screen. Yes, bias indeed.
I've seen IT and MT penetrate without a screen all the time.

See how strong that argument is?

Reke is certainly better than both at getting the to the rim, but it's foolish to suggest Thornton or IT can't penetrate

That's quite funny. And that's why why MT gets iso'd, he basically never gets by his man and forces up a tough jumper, right?

Both Thornton and Cousins missing a lot of shots that they normally make. Cousins defense on Jefferson is the bigger problem though. He's got to start taking more pride in guarding his man.

The bench as Reke and Jimmer pushing the ball and looking to score sort of works right now.

Everyone else is playing fairly well. Cousins and Thornton killed us offensively and Utah shot the ball ridiculously well. We got a shot at this game if those 2 pick it up

Not saying thats a good thing right now, just saying why Jefferson is torching us. Cuz only has 2 going into the 3rd so look for him to tighten it up. He'll probably have 4 or 5 by the 4th though.
