Also, he's shooting a good %, has 4 assists to 0 turnovers... he's certainly contributed more to this win than certain players. It's not his fault that Smart yanks him every time he misses a shot.

Alright I'm out of here. You guys are getting ridiculous now. I think Jimmer played well, but if you want this to become a pissing contest there's no point arguing. Indeed, as long as we get one who can average 9 assists a game we'll be great.

You don't have to be a PG to get assists though. You can handle the ball a lot from the SG or SF position. Look at guys like Paul Pierce, LeBron, Joe Johnson, and Kobe. He has talent handling the ball and he's good at passing for a 2/3(not for a PG though). With him at the wing instead of point we had the lead most of the game. Put him at the PG spot in the last 3 minutes and we instantly blow it.

Yep. People here like to point the finger on offensive execution, but the real problem is that we allowed the freaking Detroit Pistons to score 110+ points on us.

Tyreke played awful at the end of the game. He has talent, but a player who puts up lots of shots and scores a lot doesn't impress me. Especially one on a losing team. I couldn't care less what his stats are. He loses games.

Maybe you should go check his ast rate, as it proves your opinion is completely wrong.

The only joke here is you thinking he doesn't pass, while having comparable ast rates to other black holes like Rose, Westbrook and Parker.

Tough loss. DeMarcus came up big AGAIN when it mattered.

Some key things/plays that lost us the game, or contributed to it down the stretch:

Thornton missing a layup, resulting in a quick basket for the Pistons at the other end.
Tyreke shooting an ill-advised three off the dribble when we were in need of a good shot. Then turning it over a couple plays later.
Jimmer getting torched whenever he was in the game, including a silly reach in foul on Knight which gave him an and one. He was solid offensively in this one, but man, whoever he's guarding can do whatever they want, whenever they want.
