I can't believe the players admitted they didn't play hard enough to win. These jerks shouldn't get paid, they're an embarrasment to the city of Sacramento. Bunch of young idiots with no idea how to win. I don't even know why I watch this team anymore, they're a guarenteed loss every night.
Oh nvm, well it still seems like they didn't play hard. We should just trade all the young guys for some vets and try to win now or something. I'm sick of this garbage.
At least it was nice seeing Whiteside out there... Oh wait my bad.
Does anyone else think that it would be wise to use him less then 10 minutes a game, when dally leaves, beside cousins or landry to continue the shotblocking and pickup a few fouls and boards? Or in pure garbage time like we have been seeing lately. He will need to learn someday.
That phrase usually refers to pain that helps you grow, like exercising to get stronger or studying to get smarter or get a college degree - you know, something with a point. What we are witnessing with the Kings right now is just pointless pain that leads us nowhere.
Wow, this is the first time I've seen such unanimous negativity on this board. Where are all the look on the bright side folks with the positive spin? I guess even the cockeyed optimists couldn't think of a way to sugar coat this debacle.
No, he's really not. The every day is a new start rotations are the only thing, and you may remember that even that had worn on the team by midseason last year and caused them to semi-revlt (after which he seemed to have learned his lesson and settled down). Otherwise the offense has changed dramatically for the worse. The entire freedom vibe he was preaching last year is gone, replaced with a strangling philosophy that has got guys checking out. This year's Westphal is tonedeaf, and hasn't had his team's vibe from the very beginning of camp. And I just don't understand how he could have come off our summer and somehow got confused aolng the way.
