The Pacers made their first 20 shots of the 3rd quarter before missing their last shot on their way to a 54 point quarter on 20 of 21 shooting and they also doubled up on the nuggets 54-27. Wow.

Wow at the Pacers and another wow at Denver's defense. I thought Utah was done with and I go and check that they win in OT behind Millsap's career night. Hornets remain undefeated and handily beat the Clipps.

What an amazing performance by the future R.O.Y. John Wall! A triple double only six games in the season and along with that he included six steals as well. He also made history passing the Big O in most assists through the first six games with 71, I believe. His jumper is really coming along I must say, I watched every single Wizard game and his game is expanding more and more. He just needs to be confident in his jumper when he does get it and good things will happen, when he hesitates, he tends to do too much. He also only had one turnover tonight and that was great to see.

Interesting how the Hawks get hammered at their own home by the Bucks, not sure what went wrong there. The Warriors are off to a impressive 6-2 start, I don't know what's working for them, but kudos.

How about Utah beating Miami last night in OT, then coming back from 18 down, at Orlando to beat the Magic by ten points. Wow, I gotta hand it to the Jazz, they always play hard and compete til the end. I didn't think they would stand a chance in today's game, boy did they prove me wrong. It will be fun to see if they can keep this hot streak going.

Kevin Love with 29 rebounds against New York in 36 minutes, with a little under 5 minutes left in the game....

...Jeebus

Edit: He grabbed 2 more boards in the time it took me to post this. 31 rebounds.

Made a thread for it.. He deserves it.. 30-30 hasn't been done in 28 years.

Hornets go to 8-0 and their doing it all with defense. None of their opponents have scored 100 points on them yet. Very impressive New Orleans, keep it up!

PHOENIX -- Steve Nash has announced that he and wife Alejandra are in the process of a divorce.

The Phoenix Suns' point guard and two-time NBA most valuable player revealed the situation in a statement Saturday, a day after the birth of the couple's son, Matteo.

Ale was and is a bit of a mystery. Nothing necessarily to do with the divorce but she was rather reclusive I heard around PHX, before that in Dallas and up in Vancouver when the couple returned there to Nash's homeland. Apparently, he met her around ten years ago at a posh nightclub in NYC where she was said to be a "physical trainer." Nobody even knows for sure what her home country is, as some say Uruguay, others say it's Paraguay. Most list her original home as simply South America. Nash became quite fluent in Spanish as a result of being married to her it's said. Always sad to hear about anyones divorce, especially with young children involved.

Speaking of Nash...

Suns just nuked the Lakers from 3. Got a win in LA. I love watching the Lakers lose. Especially with how bad the Kings are right now, its fun to live vicariously through whoever beats that evil team.

Craziest thing about that game is that The Suns won it with defense. You wouldnt know it looking at the boxscore, but there were a few HUGE defensive plays down the stretch when they were in danger of giving up the game to the fLakers.

Very entertaining game from start to finish between Phoenix & LA. Suns just went crazy from behind the arc, making 22, I believe. Another thing, up til tonight, I did not realize that the Spurs were 8-1, are they playing good or what?

Hornets win streak comes to an end in Dallas, very well played game by both teams. Old Peja showed up in this one with 17 pts. How about the Suns winning back to back games against LA & Denver. Kudos to the Suns, coming back from 15 down early.

Well, now we get to see what the market rate is for a 23 year old center with 82 games played in three seasons and micro-fracture surgery on both knees. Yikes.

What sucks for the Suns is that they have no good young players to speak of to rebuild with after Nash is gone. I am sure they will get some assets once he is included in a trade, but right now...their stuck with Frye, Warrick & Hedo for a couple of years. Good luck getting value.

The Spurs just keep winning. They are going to be really dangerous come playoff time, they should give LA a run for their money the way they've been playing so far. The Heat just look uninterested and like a jumpshooting team, up 21 and let the offensively challenged Bobcats come back and actually take a lead before losing in the end.

I was at the clippers nets game on Monday. It was the most boring event I had ever been to. I couldn't believe it. We were ready to leave after the first quarter but we stayed til the start of the 4th. Anyways, I was at least hoping Blake would put on a show, but at one point he had 2 points and 3 fouls. Kinda wish he woulda went off like he did last night when I was there.

Speaking to a Suns friend of mine, he and apperently many others according to him believe that they got 3 pieces in Dragic, Warrick and Lopez :p

About the Clippers, amazing game, advice those of you that didn't watch it to do so, an absolute dunk-fest on both sides, no defences and just highlights after highlights the entire game.

Also I wouldn't say the rest of his team don't belong in the league, Bledsoe looks like a really nice player, Aminu is too.. and they're without Kaman too.. I think the problem is with the coach, Vinni Del Negro is imo the worst coach in the NBA.

The Clippers have to be the best 1-13 team, I swear. They have a lot of nice pieces, they are just not experienced enough to win games. Griffin, Bledsoe, Aminu & Eric Gordon are all legit players. Future is looking bright for the Clipps. They just need some productive vets that can stay on the court unlike Kaman/Davis.
