Well, Tyreke obviously made First Team as a unanimous selection, but a bit of a disapointment as Omri's late fade not only knocked him off first team, but knocked him off second team as well (maybe in favor of James Harden, which would make me mad if I were him).

I'm starting to despise the mainstream media's man love for Brandon Jennings. It's forcing me to place effort in not hating Jennings by extension.

I hope, for Golden State's sake, that's true. I'd really like them to play a respectable style of basketball again, it'd be great to have a Norcal rivalry (especially with the Evans/Curry thing we have going on).

as far as casspi not making even the second team..meh? who cares!? i'm not gonna lose sleep over it. and with the way he was playing the last 2 months or so, he didn't even deserve to be on the all rookie 3rd team if they had one.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with Casspi missing the all rookie teams... the first few months was enough to get him on the 1st team, but he really dropped off the last few months and consistency is one of my biggest concerns when determining who deserves that accomplishment. You know how good players like Evans, Blair, and Gibson really are because they showed it every night... but with Casspi you have to wonder... is he the 10-13 ppg 3 pt sniper from the beginning of the season? Or is the 3 ppg chucker from the end of the season? I'm pretty sure it was just a bad case of the rookie wall though and I'm not so worried about it.

Hiding my other personality as a homer, I actually kind of agree that Casspi does not deserve to be in the first rookie team. I like Casspi a lot because he gives his best every game but I think the reality is that Casspi is no more than just a hardworking player ( lacking the necessary skills/talent) who got lucky his shots were going in during the early part of the season. IMO, other rookies are more deserving than him.
