Come to think of it, Gallinari absolutely abused Maccabi a couple of years back with Milano, and coach Katash only gave Omri garbage minutes in those games. You already know Omri well enough to guess how he must have felt about that. I wouldn't be surprised if he still wants to make a bit of a statement against the guy.

Yea that really pissed me off. I think the crowd wanted Westbrook to win, but who cares what they think.
Why was he shaking his head? Reke and Blair deserved it, Westbrook didn't because his team lost.

With that aside, Tyreke and Omri are huge for Sacramento. Hopefully they can put us back on the map and we can start earning some respect as a franchise. Props to Tyreke for sharing the award. Not only does he dominate, but he does it with class
I would have thought that was it, except they showed a video of Durant hoisting the MVP trophy a few years back when he scored 46, and hadn't the Sophomores won like 6 in a row coming in?
Anyway, I'm cool with the way it worked out. Regardless of the stats, Tyreke was the player out there who showed the most special, so another trophy in the bag, more profile raising for him and us. More lock on the ROY. And a nice class gesture with Blair to up the ole popularity. All good.
HOW ABOUT 'reke GETTING THE TROPHY !!! I voted from the beginning of the game to the very end non stop!!!! I knew that it would take a lot to overcome the voting from the major metro areas, but Tyreke's play on the court left NO DOUBT! We have us an MVP here in SACRAMENTO !!!!!!!
He was just totally unstoppable! He had several signature moves to the basket that really WOW'd the CROWD! He played very good defense (5 Steals??) to show that he isn't one dimensional! Here are his numbers!!!
26 Points/6 Rebounds/5 Assists/5 STEALS/4 of 5 from the line/ 11 of 15 from the field !!!!!!
And that big jerk Pau Gasol dogging him the whole time he was being interviewed. What a total POS Gasol was! Couldn't even give 'REKE credit when he was playing outstanding basketball. Shows what a classless JERK Gasol is. He has fit right into the City of JERKS! On a TEAM FULL OF JERKS he has risen to the top! I hope the Fakers fail to win the championship. I hope some other team like the Magic or the Cavs wins it. ANYONE but the LA JERKS! Can you believe that A-Hole? He was pumping his brother up who did next to nothing (10 pts/6 rebs) while trying his best to dog 'REKE and his style of play. Wadda AZZ! Not a good word for either 'REKE or Casspi!
Casspi had a pretty good game himself! 13 points/5 Rebounds/1 assist. But Casspi's shooting percentage was low and so he didn't get consideration for MVP. Every one of the "Guest Announcers that were NBA players were all saying how AWESOME Evans was Looking EXCEPT for PAU! I guess he must have some sort of bias towards players from the North HUH ??? Pretty Obvious huh??? I hope the Kings beat the TAR out of the Fakers the next time they play !!!!!
BUT HE DID IT !!!! This is another big step toward that R.O.Y Trophy! I am so excited that I might not even watch the All Star game now! This was Sacramento's All Star Game !! Way to Represent guys !! Evans and Casspi really made Sacramento look GREAT! I hope Casspi wins the HORSE competition too !! I say Bring home the Hardware Casspi! We already have the most important Rookie Trophy, so lets hope that Casspi can bring home a trophy too !!! GREAT NIGHT to be a KINGS FAN !!!

Tyreke definitely deserves the respect he's getting. Brook Lopez can shake his head all he wants, but we're not the ones who have only won 4 games this year.
