I could be wrong, but it looked like he was also holding his face while he was on the ground. That could be just because he didn't know what else to do with his hands cuz he was in so much pain, but it also looked like some part of his face, like his chin, hit the court.
It would have been more helpful if they hadn't gone to commercial, but until they make some kind of announcement we're stuck with trying to get an answer when we just don't have enough information...
Update: They're in the locker room assessing to see if he has a head injury. When he landed, he did get the wind knocked out of him and his head hit the floor. They're pretty much checking to make sure he doesn't have a concussion or something...
