Damn rookie, do you want me to find the season win predictions thread? I was the first person to say that we would win 33 games in that thread and have been saying it the entire time. It's like you want me to get an infraction. Once I get home I'll find the thread again and bump it so that you can see it for yourself...
I find it laughable again that you think just because you predicted the Kings to get around 33 wins that makes what Evans doing right matter less. Let me ask you this would you have predicted 33 wins knowing that Kevin and Cisco would miss almost half of season?

im serious... im not down playing evans, the 41 wins is really just adding 6-8 more wins than i expected the team to win anyways... if a player cant add 8 more wins to the win column then why are you guys praising him....
Like I said in the previous post. you are expecting a rookie increase the win total to 41 games with have 2 starters almost missing half the season. What other rookie has done that?

i expect him to average 17-18 points so and extra 2-3 isnt a stretch and he already is averaging 5 rebounds and 5 assists... all he has to do i maintain it. i dont see the big deal....
The big deal is that no rookie has done that in the history of NBA. But like you said no big deal 20 5 5 and a 41 win season no problem:rolleyes:

it looks like i give this team way more credit than you guys do if you think that this is some impossible feat. i think its totally doable. i originally wouldve gone with 15/7 but then martin got hurt... i knew that he would be playing next to a pg so the scoring had to go up and his assists would go down.... so his current 18/5/5 doesnt impress me. keep in mind that my original beef with evans was his ability to play pg... with martin out he really isnt the pg so my expectations have changed it would be unfair for me to ask him to put up gaudy numbersas a rookie. 15/7 is pretty good hell, if he put up 15/5/7 for the season i would be just as pleased...

he is supposed to be this teams new leader... if you dont think he can do it then why are you hyping him up like he can?

Carmelo Anthony did it minus the assists at 21/6/3 and his team made the playoffs but he wasnt being labeled a pg so i dont count the assists... he is a sf who is a straight scorer...
LOL so 19 5 5 is not impressive for a rookie. LMAO seriously this is looking ridiculous. Carmelo did not average 20 5 5 BTW. Also his team was a lot more talented then the one we have now.

What this really shows is how well the team has been playing without Kevin. Both Sergio and Beno are big plus points and since Reke is on the floor a lot you know that another guard has to be big on the negative... one look down the list shows you exactly who that guy is. I can't wait for Kevin to get back so we can figure out whether or not he's gonna fit in with this team or turn into trade bait.

Like I said in another post. Thats flawed. May and Mason were starting the first games and getting lots of minutes. Lets see what it is when he comes back.

And so was Tyreke, if I can recall something so long ago.

edit;

Keep it up, this is getting laughable. I guess the question remains as to either how long it takes for you to do a 180, or do you just end up maintaining for the duration that Evans has less to do with everybody else on this team on a game by game basis as to why they won, or are winning.

Yes he was. That wasnt part of the other posters statement. I didnt look but my guess is Evans was around where martin was at the same point. The first few games werent that great.

What about the rest of them? Discount everything about Tyreke that you want, last year when Martin went down the only thing being said around here was wait until Martin came back. Now all we have is you and am27 telling us that Reke isn't the only one to be commended for the tunraround. Well, we get that. We understand that Westphal and his staff have a lot to do with JT maturing, Donte maturing, Beno growing up, etc but Evans has more to do with national recognition than all of those factors, not to mention December 16th has more to do with Evans than anything else. You want to look at who or what is the major reason why the rest of the NBA has suddenly took up notice of us? Tyreke Evans, and look no further.

But it can't be the reason why they are now on television nationally, now can it? You know the word I'm about to use for you and your brethren, so in the interest of my saving an infraction or worse for later, go ahead and repeat it in your heads.

Rhymes with 'Vader'.

No...no infraction. After a while it gets to be a waste of moderator time to point out the obvious. Closing the thread does the job just as well...especially when it's about to become a two-person pissing contest.
