Interesting progress on arena front

I'm guessing that Suheil Toteh is the downtown railyards developer that Kennadog was telling me about before. It looks like he wants to make a strong push for the railyards.

Some other developer has land and property near the Sacramento airport. Not sure if he wants to put the arena there of if that's a great idea but it's worth a look

I like this Open Source version of Arena development. Any location is fair game to any developer.

As I said in another thread, the more minds put to trying to solve the arena issue, the better. Financing is the real fly in the oinment, though, for any developer. That's going to be tough to crack.
