I will finish my 70's set with one of the greatest songs of all time and far and away the best 70's live track... It's crazy when the live cuts are better than the studio cuts.
I Want You to Want Me (live at Budokan) by Cheap Trick (1979)
Well, this is a little confusing. The link you posted leads to a title page that says a page for this entry has not been created. I've never heard of the song, but will list it pending verification of release date...

Okay, I'm not sure what's happening with my browser or whatever, but when I follow that link - which is the same as the one he posted - I get a wiki page that says:
Wikipedia does not have an article with this exact name. Please search for Eternal Flame (song in Wikipedia to check for alternative titles or spellings.

I don't believe it. If I had to put my money on one guy I figured NOT to take a song from my list, it would have been you with your expansive musical tastes. Why you gotta take one of my "one track mind" classic rock staples? why, why I say???

Bizarre - if you do a search for "Bagles +wiki" and then click on the song in the article text under "Bangles join forces again", it takes you to the page. But then the hyperlink itself doesn't seem to work correctly.

Just outstanding. It was on my list. I was telling my wife on the drive home work that Fame was the first 45 record I ever bought, and maybe I ought to pick it on the kingsfans draft. good one.
I have rifled through my list and rejected a couple sappy songs for this round. Not in the mood for that right now. I needed to find Freddie Mercury for a proper masculine classic rock number - go figure.
According to wikipedia, this song was the 10th single released off my favorite Shania Twain album. I like all of them but this one is upbeat and fun...
