That would work as the html code underlying a webpage, but not as a messageboard post. The board software makes embedding youtubes as simple as [y t=(title of clip)](code of clip -- in your case "nKTVmL3j68c&hl")[/y t). Just remove the spaces between the y and t I added to keep the code from activating, and fill in appropriate title and codee info.
