Dan Gadzuric from the Bucks. Why you ask? Well lets see:
1.Excellent rebounder/shotblocker- the most mpg he's gotten in a season was 22 in 2004, in which he averaged 8.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks, wow..Also, he's only 28, so the best is yet to come for this man,
2. He's the ideal new-age center- at 6'11'' 240lbs, he would fit into the up-tempo style of play that seems to be the direction the NBA's taking, with traditional post-up centers becoming more and more of a dying breed. He's very quick and athletic, which would do wonders for not only our fast break, but also our defensive rotations and interior defence.
3. He's available!- Currently averaging a mere 16.6mpg, I feel that a deal could definitely be done to get this guy, and that it probably wouldn't take much to get him. He has a kenny thomas like contract, and the Bucks have two promising young big men (Bogut, Villanueva) playing in front of him, hense his obvious availabiliy. May Shareef or Kenny with a 2nd rounder would do it? I'm not sure, but I'm certain that he could definitely be had, and he would definitely do wonders for our unathletic, vertically challanged frontcourt.
By the way, this is my first post, so sorry if it's not the greatest, but tell me what you think. Gadzuric wearing purple?
