And actually I continue to think that is a wise idea, much in line with having Haslem start over Antoine Walker in Miami. SAR is a better player and better teammate, but having him start alongside 4 other guys who want to shoot just takes away from everyone's game, including his own. Also, wiht him off the bench we at least have a bench rather than just a bunch of ?s.
If Kevin could step up as a #3 gun and score maybe 16+, and if SAR could come off the bench as a top 6th man and get us maybe 12, I think that's about the best/most balanced structure we could have, adn would give us the best chance at a strong year. Throw in Salmons and Garcia (if he's healthy) as utility benchers to fill in around the edges and be reasonably complete, if small and soft.
