OK, I thought this in the first half but now I know it. Other teams are better at knowing this Kings team than the Kings own coaching staff. As soon as the Kings go small with Ariza/Barnes, Bud goes right back to Giannis. So frustrating watching a needless hole being dug but the Kings do it seemingly every game.

Walton doesn't prioritize shooting like the Bucks do. He basically sat in the first half and on MULTIPLE sequences he let the Bucks literally play 15 feet off of Giles. With a De'Aaron Fox as the head of the snake you can't let that happen.

Walton doesn't have a lot of options right now. You seem to delight in pointing out what he's done wrong but I haven't seen much talk of what he could do better. Giles is a walking foul machine. Bogs is out. Bags is out. Holmes is out. Buddy arguably should be out. JJ, Guy and Yogi aren't game changers. Bjeli, Fox, Ariza, Barnes and CoJo round out our available players.

This is exactly the kind of game where you need a Bogi to make a couple shots to stop the bleeding, and you need a Holmes to get certain loose balls and to protect the rim.

Just sucks to see people talk about how bad we are and not acknowledge the fact that these guys just haven’t played together. Having said that, Buddy has zero excuses
