This part of that post rings true
"Fegan has the perfect recipe: a beloved player (Boogie), a perfect villain/scapegoat (Karl), a first-time GM/decision-maker (Vlade), an owner that everyone already thinks is crazy (Vivek), and most importantly, a franchise that is already viewed as one of the most dysfunctional in the league. Whether you're ready for it or not, Fegan is about to unleash his greatest masterpiece since the Dwightmare."
Dan Fegan is one of the most powerful agents in the league and will keep an ugly and constant drum beat of leaks and bad Kings news to push his client out of town. It doesn't always work, otherwise Dwight would be a Net right now and Rubio would be in a big market. But I don't think that DMC and Karl can hold it together for another year and even if they are the team isn't willing/prepared to pick DMC over Karl, it will be interesting to see if the team even has the stomach to ride this out for a year or more as Fegan and the media carpet bomb the dysfunctional franchise mostly with true facts that leak from every corner of our franchise.
As this goes on, Boogie remains the good guy and Karl and Vivek become the bad guys ... unless the local media trashes DMC to keep that under control, at which point who would ever want to some to a small market, poorly run franchise that has it's team backed media trash it's players.
