This fast paced basketball is sure running out of the half-court most of the time.
Well this is actually what i've noticed. Even if they dont have a fast break, it looks like they are still trying to score quickly, force feed the post look. I think theres a difference between the best shot and and the first shot, and it looks like they are searching for the first shot available. That translates to missed shots and more turnovers.

Question: Since we started playing "uptempo", have we ever actually scored more fastbreak points than our opponent in a game, or are we just pretty much letting them score fast?

Gotta love run n chuck basketball. Got our best player out there fatigued and sucking on defense, not even crossing half court into the offense sometimes because he knows a dumb shot is just getting chucked by the time he gets down there anyway.

these morons in the front office know less about basketball than a dirty piece of toilet paper
Once again is anyone watching what's happening this game other than Capt? Cuz has gotten TONS of opportunity in the post this first half and flat out gotten beat. On both ends of the floor.

The problem is this we have to many guys who at the first sign of something going wrong want to quit, how it is that Collison and Mclemore are completely unaffected by anything and always go out and compete and play the right way?

I understand the coach got fired but that's not a reason for someone to quit, if you want to quit that's fine, ask the FO for a trade and we can move you, I'm sick of these weak minded players always looking for excuses. Corbin is a joke he lets these guys chuck ridiculous shots not get back on D, these guys are selfish and have no pride (aside from our starting backcourt).

Wow, Doug Christie <3. I'm awake for the game! Let's go eat some Celtics for breakfast, Boogie!
This is a mystery that hasn't been addressed quite yet. All of a sudden, Bobby Jackson has disappeared off the radar and, unless I missed it, nothing has been said about where he is, why he's gone, etc.

Don't get me wrong. I really like Doug. He's arguably my second favorite player from those golden years. I like the perspective he brings to the game. I'm just very curious about why he went from radio call-in to sitting in the studio.

Worst defensive effort of the year, that hustle on the goaltend notwithstanding. He's standing around in the paint, putting no energy into switches, challenging guards, or the pick and roll. His hands are down most of the time. Just flat out not trying out there on D.

If you consider an opportunity where he has to beat the double team and sagging into the paint defense an opportunity. He's had a few clean looks and missed....he's had some tough takes as well and not made them. Problem is that we can't shoot except for when Collison and Ben are on the floor.

There must be, but we don't know what it is.
1) Injured?
2) Being disciplined?
3) On the verge of being traded?
For no reason other than speculation, I'd wager it's #2. Maybe that will lead to #3. JT has seen enough wrong go on here, frankly I've admired his ability to show up to that work environment the way he has. Wouldn't be surprised if this Malone firing was his last straw and he's just given up, and made his opinion known in the locker room.

I actually agree with you for once. Yes, this situation sucks. Yes, the popular coach got fired. But have some damn pride in yourself and go compete for your teammates and your fans.

He's like a factor of 10 better than Bobby Jackson at being an analyst.

I was wondering who DMC was referring to with his comments about finding out who was all-in on this team. Seems like it might be Thompson.

Anyone notice how Corbin will literally sit on the bench for like 5 minutes at a time. Just sits there. Which Cuz is getting beat up and yelling at refs, team is getting outworked by a garbage East team that just lost their best player, etc
