He's at the end of the bench and forced into a role because Sessions is out. Dogging on him is like kicking a puppy IMHO. He is NOT the problem.
I've never once dogged on him. I've just questioned people who have said he can be a good contributing piece or be a starting caliber player.

This is the offense the FO visions. Easy buckets when it's there.
No, that was Mike Malone's vision. That's almost verbatim what he said.

I can't tell you what the FO envisions. But looking at the circus they're running in Reno I wouldn't say "opportunistic fastbreaks" are really what they are looking for.

While you're right, I'm not absolving Corbin. In my perfect world, Corbin would be on the side of the players, refusing to buy into the style changes. There's no reason for us to have to watch what we're watching. None.
While I would like that too, its highly unrealistic to expect it. Corbin is a symptom of what we are currently seeing. Vivek, Gebril and Mully *puke* are the cause. You never treat the symptom, you always treat the cause.

Pete, you insulted us by saying style was more important than wins and losses. It was an insult to say we would only buy tickets, if the offense were flashier.

What you fail to grasp, apparently, is that the only "style" the fans want to see is a winning style.

I agree with this principle, in the abstract. But, at some point, we're becoming very cavalier with Tyrone Corbin's career, and his ability to provide for his family. I mean, yeah, it would be awesome to have a guy willing to stand on principle against this ridiculousness, but Corbin then has to turn around and try to get another job, only now with the reputation of a guy who is openly defiant to his boss.
That's exactly why I said "In MY perfect world..."

Oh look. Effort. What a freaking concept.

Way too much of this product is being put on the coaching situation. One thing the players can control is their effort on the floor and this team does well when all guys are getting after it.

You know this game would be alot easier if we just slowed it down and played big boy ball with two bigs. Instead we have players like Alan Andersan getting offensive rebounds over midgets

Then Vivek is going to wonder why attendance has dipped to where it was a few years ago. The losses were because of that and losing is not exciting.

Wins are more entertaining than style. D'Alessandro is insane
