LOL, right, but to think that someone went through that long of a stretch, at a 162 games a season, and was able to avoid getting a bad enough FLU or virus...or something to keep him from starting a game, is really hard to fathom
Its baseball. Now admittedly at SS you might get hit in the face with a ball if you're seeing double, but its not a aerobically challenging exercise that is goig to see you collapse from fatigue, unless you are the pitcher. :)

Actually, I have been stupidly healthy myself over the years. Unless I am missing something I think I've only caught a flu once in the past 2 decades. I know I haven't actually vomited since college, and that was food poisoning. Before that it was when I was 13 (and that was a flu). Now of course I did have mono at 19-20, so you can't just say no vomit = no sickee. But basically I haven't (legitimately :) ) called in sick from work...well pretty much ever. And yet I have friends who like clockwork get sick every single flu season. Just depends on the person I guess.

impressive looking at the schedule we have had though. Everybody else in the league has had a cupcake schedule compared to us
We know.

Nobody outside of Sacto will though. You locals are about to go back into the shadows like an out of fashion toy tossed into the back of the closet. People had better get healthy and get onboard for the big December push or all the national attention will dry up in a hurry.

Maybe Hollins will go for 18 and 12 with 3 blocks! ;)
I'd like to see Moreland play...give the kid a 5 minute stint at least so that he can learn against someone other than Cuz in practice.
Against an experienced frontline of Gasol and Randolph? More likely, he'll foul out in three minutes.

Seriously? We lose Cousins for two games in November and the mood is all doom-and-gloom? Lets relax. First of all, even WITH Cousins, beating the Spurs and Grizzlies was a tall task, so this may as well have been two losses on the schedule regardless. Beats losing Cousins for games we probably would have won but lost. Secondly, we are in the first month of a long season. This is Game 17 out of 82. Every team has injuries and rough stretches in the schedule, but it all evens out in the end. If the Kings make the playoffs at the end of the year (and from what I've seen, I'm optimistic about the fact) it will be on the back of their own strength as a team, not because some injuries we suffered in the first month of the season.

they played amazing defense the last two possessions. oh my god. that's defensive stand of the year for me.

also, ben was hopping up and down after that dunk. it's good to see him act like he belongs on the court.

Landry, I'll admit is ill equipped to play center, but he also has to play center when Sessions and Nik are the guards and are arguably the worst defensive pairing possible.
