Evans is problematic simply because there is literally NOWHERE you can put him on the floor on offense and not kill the offensive flow. Useless in the paint, can't draw a defender on the perimeter.

I like the idea of the replay center. In fact, I'd entertain the idea of having them actually make the determination...with some kind of time limit like 30 seconds to either sustain or overturn the call. NOTHING should take this long.
