I despise everything I've ever seen out of Augustine, but it wouldn't be a horrible stop gap move if things get really bad at backup PG. Was just waived, so who knows.

Have to feel like the Raptors would have included him in the deal though if we wanted him, knowing they were going to waive him anyways.

That short stint of garbagetime may not have seemed like much, but to me it showed just why Jimmer is going to have a tough time in the league. He's too nice and perhaps too unselfish, and given the nature of his game that just doesn't work. Look what Ray did, limited minutes, garbagetime, he said **** that I got picked, **** the offense I'm going to chuck 3-4 jumpshots. And had he made them the boxscore would show that he got 6 points. And while we praise the whole effort and team game thing, the fact is that guys get paid based on their actual production, their stats. No one is going to care that Jimmer tried to run an offense involving N'Diaye. At this point I'm quite sure that Jimmer doesn't have a future on our team, but for the sake of his career he's going to need to be a little more selfish at times.

GREAT WIN FOR THE TEAM! The curse of the stinky fish has finally been lifted. Next stop for the trade train: Pouty Central!

- IT can dish the ball, and he can do it well.
- Williams played like a 2nd overall pick tonight.
- Demarcus kept on being Demarcus, but with a little extra tonight. He definitely deserves to be an All-Star this year.
- Ray McCallum got some playing time and scored.

I think Ray Mac's ball handling and defensive ability alone gives him the automatic nod over Jimmer as backup PG.

luckily for us. we have Utah next, so if were gonna go one more game to experiment and give Jimmer a chance, Utah is the team to do it against.
