If you have the ESPN3 (it's free) application, it should be streamed on there. Depends on who your internet service provider is.

One nice thing about shooting 4-23 on Day 1, is you can come back on Day 2, shoot 5-17, and point to significant improvement. :p

Glad this game is after I am through with work for the day. I am usually burnt out when getting home but I will stay up for this one!

If you don't have ESPN 3, I believe you can watch it on the Watch ESPN app. All you have to do is download it on your IPhone or iPad or whatever and put in your cable service provider information.

Go to a Pelicans board and post all your Tyreke stats you can muster. The rest of us have moved on and are cheering for Ben and the new Kings.
a great many of us haven't moved on, and will contextualize the kings' chances of future success or failure based on the ability of this team to develop into a winner without tyreke. while i'm certainly "cheering for Ben and the new Kings," there is cause for concern when new ownership is so high on a draft pick that has a notoriously weak handle and no ability to create for himself because of it. the one major plus is that mclemore has a defensive pedigree worth noting, and could develop into the kind of defensive guard the kings desperately need to help cover for demarcus' defensive weaknesses up front...

but, until the kings' team defense improves, and until they start winning on a regular basis, you can bet a lot of us will be critical of the composition of the roster. i, for one, do not believe that an undesirable small market franchise that barely avoided relocation after coming off seven straight losing seasons with saboteurs for owners can afford to bleed talent heading into this vaunted "new era." i sure as **** hope vivek ranadive and co. are able to squash my criticisms by building a winner that plays defense, but it's hardly fair to shout down those of us who remain skeptical in the interim...

Based on a few moves, I am skeptical but I am also realistic that PDA, who may not have known that he would have to know the entire NBA's players instead of just GSW and Nugs wasn't ready to jump into a draft and the free agency period. BUT ....... I am clenching my teeth. I trust Vivek and at this point, that is it as no one else has proven anything. I feel confident that Malone will be better than Smart but that's a low bar. PDA may need more experience and get over the "golly, gee, I'm a GM" phase of his life. All of them have a year to show me something. That doesn't mean there has to be immense success on the court but at least some direction that makes sense. I am more dismayed at the signing of Landry than the loss of Evans although one move may, in the end, be FAR more important to the success or failure of this team.

rookie owner, rookie head coach, rookie GM... there was always going to be cause for concern, and before a single player transaction had even been made. for many, the temptation is to engage in "rah-rah" mode, because we're all finally free of the maloofs. i desperately wish i could occupy that stance, but it's not in me to simply lower my critical eyes. if some fans are able to play the "in vivek we trust" card, that's great. i'm happy that the new regime has already won them over. but i don't feel as though it's fair to criticize those who would take the new regime to task. accountability and credibility are important to me. it could be veteran owner, veteran head coach, veteran GM, and i'd still be critical of moves that i deem backwards or short-sighted. if the new guys get it right, they'll have earned my respect and adulation. and i do believe that they want to earn it. i'm just not sure they know how to do that yet...

Don't take this as an excuse to get drunk and start a thread. Promise????

There aren't igloos in Ontario, are there?
*cracks an olde english 40* I cant promise anything Glenn, I need my Kings fix. And no we don't have igloos, but its cold enough that I could build one.

Okay, I want you to understand that this one is actually the one that went too far. If you persist in hijacking threads, I am not the one who will be finding a new board.

I suggest you self moderate now. That was your warning.

If Ben doesn't bring something better to the table tonight there will be concern on my end.
Relax, even if he shoots poorly again, it doesn't mean a whole lot. His confidence may be low after his shooting the other night, so I wouldn't expect him to come out knocking down everything he touches...
