The Seattle mayor's office and a San Francisco hedge-fund manager have been working for the past eight months to have a new arena built in Seattle and bring an NBA team back to the area as soon as next season, the Seattle Times reported Saturday.

Great, so now we can add Seattle to the list of cities trying to steal our team. Hey Seattle, I feel for you, I really do! Losing the Sonics must have sucked but that doesn't mean you're getting our team. I cannot wait until this parking and arena thing is finalized so I can stop worrying about some other city poaching this team.
