Real Madrid signed New York Knicks guard Sergio Rodriguez to a three-year contract on Friday. The 24-year-old Spanish player joined the Knicks from the Sacramento Kings halfway through last season after having played three seasons in Portland. The 6-foot-3 foot (1.95-meter) Rodriguez averaged 7.4 points and 3.4 assists per game in 27 NBA games for the Knicks.
