Jason Terry scored 24 points, and the Dallas Mavericks, pulled away in the third quarter to beat the Sacramento Kings 101-78 on Saturday night. With the Mavericks up by 19 points after outscoring the Kings 30-19 in the third quarter, Terry started the fourth quarter with a pair of jumpers and Dallas built its lead to 25 points in winning for the sixth time in seven games.
