Andres Nocioni scored 19 points and rookie Omri Casspi added 16 as the Sacramento Kings beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 104-89 in a preseason game Thursday night despite playing without leading scorer Kevin Martin. After taking advantage of Oklahoma City's suspect 3-point defense to build their lead, the Kings put the game away with a 16-0 run in the third quarter.
