I was thrilled upon receiving confirmation to my request to sit court-side and shoot photos for local news at a recent Sacramento Kings home game against the Miami Heat. I made my way to the Arco Arena security entrance just in time to enter behind basketball great turned NBA commentator Bill Walton, and nationally acclaimed reporter Jim Gray, hired by the Kings to work the sidelines. I obtained my game credential and was offered to have a bite to eat in the pressroom.
