As I sat watching the Miami Heat literally trouncing the visiting Sacramento Kings 117-97 on Tuesday night to push their record to 42-15, the thought crossed my mind - this one was just too easy. Easy or not, the win gave Miami its 42nd victory of the season, and tied it with the 1996-97 Heat team for the best start through 57 games in franchise history.
