This article, in the way it is written, is very misleading. It says that the draft order has been determined. However, it should rather read that whatever tie breakers were present have been resolved, and that the list given is that of what chance each non-playoff team, in order from the greatest to the least, has to grab the 1st pick in the draft.

Again, the article is very poorly written, IMO. Just thought I would clarify for those who might be confused...
