The four concussions suffered by Gerald Wallace is a very serious matter. I've had three in my life with the last one resulting in a certain level of physical disability at Grade 4 (meaning loss of consciousness for more than one minute vs. Grade 3, less than a minute). Perhaps protection similar to the mask worn by Richard Hamilton of the Pistons to avoid repeated broken noses and other facial bones would be something that could be customized for young Gerald.
