I don't understand this. Didn't understand it over the last couple of years when he was being rumored for various jobs. He's never coached anything, anywhere. Meanwhile, Brian Shaw can't get a head coaching job, despite having been on the bench for six years now, and having two rings as Phil Jackson's assistant.

NBA teams and management have been doing some really stupid stuff this past year. From the WTF Free Agency of 2010, to these weird coaching hires, I don't get it.
